About DAO
The Writing Art Olympiad (WAO) is an Essay Writing Competition that inspires students to express their ideas, thoughts, and perspectives through words. This Olympiad helps participants enhance their writing skills, creativity, and critical thinking, while also instilling awareness of social, cultural, and moral values.
Students are required to write an essay on the given topic for their respective grade level. The essay can be written in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, allowing students to comfortably express themselves in their preferred language.
Open for students of Grade 3 to 12.
Essays must be written on only one topic from the given options.
Participants can write in English, Hindi, or Gujarati.
Word count must be followed as per the grade level.
All entries must include Name, Class, Section, and School Name at the back.
Students must participate through schools (no individual entries).
🏅 Medals (Group-wise):
Gold Medal – 1st Position
Silver Medal – 2nd Position
Bronze Medal – 3rd Position
📜 Certificates:
Every participant will receive a Participation Certificate.
Best essays will receive special recognition at the State Level Competition.
