MAO Fee Structure

Students enrolling through the school for Millennium Art Olympiad can register at their respective schools by selecting any of their choice. A Student can participate in more than one Olympiad. The participation fee is to be paid to the in-charge teacher. MAO School Registration fees for KG to Grade 12th is Rs. 100/- Only. School can keep 20% of total fees as organizing expenses.

School Level

  • At School Level all participants will get participation certificate.
  • In CAO Class wise 1st, 2nd & 3rd will be awarded by Gold Medal, Silver Medal & Bronze Medal
  • In DAO & WAO Group wise 1st, 2nd & 3rd will be awarded by Gold Medal, Silver Medal & Bronze Medal
  • 200 special Memorial Certificates will be given
  • 500 Honourable Certificates will be given

Principal & Teachers Award

  • SCHOOL SENDING ABOVE 300 ENTRIES, PRINCIPAL AND ONE TEACHER WILL BE AWARDED WITH SPECIAL GIFT.
  • CLASS TEACHER WILL BE REWARDED WITH SPECIAL GIFT ON ENDOWMENT OF MORE THAN OR EQUAL TO 30 ENTRIES OF HIS/HER RESPECTIVE CLASS.
State Level
  • At State level all Olympiad will be group wise
  • 1st prize winner of each school in each Olympiad will participate at State Level Competition
  • 1st Prize winner will be Awarded with Shield, Certificate & Cash Prize of Rs. 11,000/-
  • 2nd Prize winner will be awarded with Shield, Certificate & Cash Prize of Rs. 07,500/-
  • 3rd Prize winner will be awarded with Shield, Certificate & Cash Prize of Rs. 05,100/-
  • All Participants at State Level will get Appreciation Certificate.
MAO Rules & Regulations
  • School can keep 20% of total fees as stationary and management cost.
  • MAO representative will collect all competition material and fees from school.
  • At least 50 students per school should be enrolled for the application form to be accepted. No limit for maximum students.
  • In CAO class wise top three medals (Gold, Silver & Bronze) will be given.
  • In DAO & WAO medals will be awarded according to the given group.
  • Essay should be written in any Indian language.
  • List of the students should be sent in given format.
  • List of participating students must be sent in English language only in capital letters.
  • A student can participate in all competitions & send as many essay, poster & colouring sheet.
  • Students cannot participate individually. Application only be submitted via the schools.
  • All entries must have the following information at their back: Name, Class & Section, School Name.
  • Best school award will be based on quality & quantity.
